This means you will sprint for 60 seconds and then rest for 30 and repeat the cycle until you have run for a total of 30 minutes. This is an extremely efficient way to burn a lot of fat fast.

Our First Camping Trip

Now that the summer is here and is definitely heating up, our family has decided to go on several adventurous outings and vacations before the winter season comes back.
