Cardio is also crucial for leaning up. At least three times a week you need to spend about a half hour in high intensity cardio. This means you will sprint for 60 seconds and then rest for 30 and repeat the cycle until you have run for a total of 30 minutes. This is an extremely efficient way to burn a lot of fat fast.
