Who Wouldn’t Want To Be A Writer?

Isn’t it part of the great American dream to write the great American novel?  At least I’m pretty sure it used to be before everybody and their dog figured out how to use the internet.  Now, it seems like anyone who wants to can publish thousands and thousands of words whether they’re any good or not.  Just take a look at me for example.
