We often hear from clients the simple statement “I want to sell my timeshare”. If only it was that simple. Back when you first bought that new time-share, it may have been a convenience to have access to a fixed weekly unit. Times have changed and so has your lifestyle; perhaps a newborn baby or you might have had to scale back spending due to a loss of income. Perhaps those vacations at the time-share beach house have grown stale and the family wants a destination where they can revel in nature and indulge in the peacefulness of the surrounding forest.
